bonjour! we've got new & improved darling cards! gold foil and pastel confetti: maybe they're a little inspired from sophia coppola's marie antoinette. the ladree macarons, the insane louboutin shoes, powdery pastel up-dos... i could watch this movie all day long.

these gold foil print calligraphy bridal party cards come in two styles (bridesmaid & maid of honor) and three colors (pale pink, mint and black). take your pick!

sparkly surprise bridal luncheon invite

i forgot to post these! and i promise it's the last installment of andie's wedding paper :) 

the day before she got married her mother's best friend threw a fantastic bridal luncheon for andie & her ladies. andie was sweet enough to recommend me to make the invitations. we went with girly & light to reflect the relaxed luncheon.. and of course, had to add some metallics. 

i stashed some gold sequins in each envelope for a little sparkly surprise.

i posted some new cards in the shop! another fun way to pop the question to your bridesmaids, flower girls, maid of honor, etc. 

the special thing about this card is the diamond image -- it's stamped with a hand-carved stamp (made by yours truly) and embossed with a metallic gold. the one's i have here are pink, but brides can choose just about any color to suit their needs.

darling, won't you stand by me? bridesmaids cards!

i've had ben e. king's song stand by me stuck in my head all day. and below is a video of john lennon singing this famous tune so you can partake in my musical prison :) kidding. it's an awesome song, which is why i used it for these bridesmaids cards. 

these cards come in a set of three, and can be customized by picking two colors - one for the envelope and headline words, and the second for the smaller text (on inside and outside). the inside has your friends' names and "will you be my bridesmaid?"

good & honest marriage advice - bridal shower games

new item in the shop for wedding shower games! there's definitely a demand for non-cheesy bridal shower things to do... am i right? I know I'm not the only one. 

but there's still a way to do something. if you have fun friends and like a good glass of wine, the answers to these questions can be very surprising and funny. especially if there's a divorced gal or two in the mix.  the honest answers are the best!

bridal shower games pt. 2

i'm currently at a wedding shower for jon's cousin katrina. his other cousin katy asked me to make some fun cards for her shower, inspired by these.

so this is what we came up with - something that is personal and would be a nice addition to her wedding scrapbook. plus, if you've got a great group of gals - there will definitely be some funny answers that will be fun to look back on.
